Our Story
Tequipal is a family-owned business that began in the early 2000’s. Our expertise with dairy and alcoholic beverages begins with our grand father, Francisco del Rio. Born into a Spanish family that migrated to Mexico due to the war, our beloved grandfather commercialized the most popular eggnog in Mexico. Years later, our father inherited the brand and with it the knowledge.
Years later, our father Roberto saw an opportunity in a market that was yet to grow, but was already gaining traction among connoisseurs: Agave destillate
Considering the knowledge he had from producing eggnog, the idea to create Tequipal emerged. A smooth blend of natural fruits, agave destilate and a premium quality dairy base.
